7 months changes

My son just turnt 7 months and it’s been the biggest change in him so far he’s no longer sleeping it’s the first time since he was born that he wakes up in the night and stays awake for hours and he’s starting to fuss when I leave the room or put him down he’s never been like this he’s also started sucking in his cheeks constantly it’s such a change in him and feels like it’s been over night it’s making me worry a little bit is anyone else’s baby like this ?
