Mums who co sleep with there little ones, are you using a pillow or are they just laying on the bed sheet with blanket over?

My little girl just sleeps on the bedsheet with my thinest blanket on but I have my pregnancy pillow around my body x
No pillow but I do put the edge of my duvet over his legs unless it's a hot night
