Chest or upright?
I’m going to be buying a deep freezer for storing breast milk this weekend. I cannot decide between an upright or chest freezer! It will be going in our storage closet on our patio if that makes a difference. Anyone have good arguments for or against either? Help!

I don’t know if there’s more benefits to a chest freezer but it would drive me crazy to have to unbury things
I've had both and I find chest so annoying digging for food but it holds way more. I now have a upright it holds less but it's more organised and I just decant bulkier packaging into freezer bags. Space Vs organisation
If you want to hold more things get a chest freezer for your deep freeze items- you can use things like bins for easier storage in it too.
Upright is slightly more expensive but definitely worth it!
If you want capacity, get a chest. If you want easy access, get upright. Also consider where you want to put it and what you have space for
Make sure for either you have proper ventilation/air flow for the vent
