Following. Doesn't help that my baby grabs chunks of it as well 😅
My hairdresser recommended taking biotin tablets. You can’t take them if you’re breastfeeding though.
I am a hairdresser, I recommend weekly rosemary and coconut treatments. Sleep overnight in them in you can with minimum 30 minutes. Biotin has a lot of risks. It can give invalid blood testing results, digestion issues and even skin conditions. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. It’s mostly targeted at hair growth aswell rather than hair loss and growth. My hair was the tip of my bum length and so thick I needed 3 bobbles to contain it so I totally understand your sadness. Before I got my mum cut through grabby hands, I done the coconut and rosemary and it was mental saviour. 🤍✨
I never ended up taking biotin but this is good to know. Thanks Rachel!
Thanks so much ladies! I will try shampoos etc ! Although the only issue Rachel with your advice if i leave anything in my hair or dont dry properly it goes extremely greasy so im unsure of doing that although i can try it once and see how it goes im absolutely open to anything maybe not orally as if that causes some issue i dont want to risk it especially the digestive part as that is an issue i have now since having her (i had a planned section) so i think thats played a part in that cause i didnt really have issues prior not for years anyway
@Olivia the coconut or rosemary which ever you prefer would be applied to unwashed, dried hair and then shampooed out. If using a clarifying shampoo this should avoid any greasiness. Paul Mitchell Shampoo 2 or even the Aveeno apple cider vinegar are 2 supermarket clarifying shampoos that id rate as there’s no nasty stuff in them. I had a planned section also so you might be right with the digestion you know I never thought about that at the time.
@Rachel brilliant thanks so much!! Yeah, im putting it down to that because before i had my daughter i wasnt suffering with any issues there maybe a hiccup every so often but nothing lasting days into a week a mean when she was a think arounf 5/6 weeks i was physically sick because of it and that distressed me so much cause i have a phobia of sick and i get into such a state breathing is crazy i i hyperventilate have anxiety and panic attacks already suffer extremely bad with anxiety it was honestly so bad so im definitely saying that the section has muddled up that department somehow but hey ho its all worth it right 😂🤷🏽♀️
This happened to me. I started using OUAI fine hair shampoo, conditioner, serum and mask in February and it has now started to grow back. I had my daughter in November xx
