Small red/ white lumps
These red lumps keep appearing on my daughters face and body and they seem to be itchy and then they disappear within a couple house or so I don’t think they are bites?? Any ideas??

They look like hives to me. I get them and they go away on their own. Could be an allergy, bite or even just due to heat
My daughter gets them randomly when she is getting over a virus usually, they’ll pop up randomly for about a week after but then just go away! I give her piriton sometimes but they don’t seem to bother her and do disappear on their own x
When I get these they tend to be allergy bumps? But I feel it could be a number of things really
