Private antenatal classes? (London UK)

My hospital only offers classes during the workday so I’m looking into other options. What are people’s experiences with different classes etc?

Bumpclass really good. A lot of private classes offer weekends - theparentclass.com

This seems to be Florida US! Not really the right area for me 😅

We just finished our NCT classes and are really happy with our experience. We feel prepared for baby now, and have met a lovely group of other first time parents. We're out this week for a last "easy" trip out to the pub. (Although from the sounds of things there may be a baby on the way)

Relieved to hear that because I’ve heard mixed reviews of NCT!

We did Happy Baby Happy Parents and had a great experience. Covered the basics, but more importantly gained a community of other new parents with similarly aged babies! A friend did Bump and Baby and said she had the same experience. So I don’t think you can go wrong - just find one that works with your schedule!

Bump and baby is the current frontrunner!

I've booked bump and baby
Combo of convenience (time location, parking etc) no. Of attendees, and general vibe when I emailed.

We did bump and baby. The classes were run by a midwife rather than a “trained facilitator” as the NCT ones are. Would recommend.

A friend did happy parent happy baby (also done by a midwife) and liked them too.
