Hey mama!
I think I might have accidentally given my baby (3 months) 1oz less of formula so, I put in 5oz and believe I only put 4oz of formula, could she get water intoxication? Could she get sick? Is this something I need to go to the hospital for? I’m overthinking way to much and need answers

per 2 ounces of water is one capful of formula. If the baby has any abnormal reaction, you should take him to the hospital.

I think one time is fine
I worked with families who were giving the wrong dose for every bottle accidentally for weeks and the most common issue was baby being underweight .. so I believe one time is okay

My baby drank two ounces because I only added one scoop when she started drinking 4oz, she was just a bit more hungry. People used to give their baby water to drink too. If he seems different, bring him to the hospital.

Thanks everyone! I’m fortunate to have an owlet and her vitals seem A-okay! Everything seems fine
