Ground meat egg bannana spelt waffle, spinach mushroom carrot fish frittata, kefir chia apple flaxseed overnight oats (15 months)

Pre-made night before I do omlette / frittata strips & waffles often (changing up what ground meat goes in waffles every few days) and sometimes do meat or diff fish (low salt tinned sardine or mackerel if fish, ground meat if meat) for omlette / frittata strips. but never know how long they should be kept in fridge / used by.. any advice? First time doing grated apple in overnight yoghurt oats mix. Was big hit! Had to add / stir in some milk to make less thick before putting in fridge last night.. as alway find chia seeds need more liquid in mix so can soften overnight, with the kefir yog being thicker. Forgot to add some cinnamon! could have probably added some of that in I guess..

This looks amazing! May I ask what age your LO is? I'm trying to figure out when to place food in front of my baby. He doesn't seem that interested in grabbing food off the plate just yet. We're doing just pureèd meals now :)

What a lovely varied meal for your little one 😍

@Seshni sorry added in title just now. 15 months. The meat waffles are always a big hit with my LO. Good for finger food / chewing on / as a snack later on / good way to get meat in her also without her knowing 😆 She doesn’t usually have a plate, sometimes just off the tray and yoghurt mix mash recipe off spoon. I just did this on plate as I was suprisingly organised today (doesn’t happen often😅). But she’s been really into omlette / frittata strips since about 8 months (would eat them all day long (so I chuck anything and everything I can in them like any veggies have in fridge/freezer and some meat or fish and sometimes some grains (even if a pack of rlly low salt microwave packet grains if have some lying around). And started her on the meat based waffles from around 9 months when I found the recipe on IG

It looks delicious! 😋 Could I have the recipe for the waffles, please?

@Andrea sure, posted it here how I make them. As person on IG originally got recipe seems deactivated their account. https://www.peanut-app.io/share/YRAQdSlISSb Got cheapest waffle machine going on Amazon first time and regretted, impossible to clean 🤦‍♀️ So ended up getting this other machine on that post above which has removable washable plates. And just oil the plates also when doing them.

Thanks so much for sharing the context around ages, that's really helpful :)
