Raspberry leaf tea

I bought the natures aid raspberry leaf tablets, have started taking 2 a day at 32 weeks I’m not a big tea or hot drink drinker so thought I’d rather do the tablets 😅xx

I got the hottea mama one. Amazon had a deal that was buy one get one half price. Loads of people complained about the taste but it just tastes like peppermint tea to me so I don't mind it

I started at 32 weeks the brand is hottea mama and i add pomegranate syrup, pineapple juice and ice 😋

I have bought the hottea mama today on Holland and Barrett and it was buy one get one half price as well ☺️

I got a plain one from amazon and make it into an ice tea with lemon 😋

I’ve also got this one! It’s nice hot or cold xx

I’ve started drinking it at 32 weeks +4 and I’ve been using the Hottea Mama one, it’s £6 a box (and buy one get one half price) at Holland and Barrett! X

Does it work? I never used it before x

@Hannah I'm not sure but my first labour was 29 hours and ended in emergency c section so I'm willing to try it 😂

@Zoe I don't do hot drinks but a lot of people seem to be making it into an ice tea/mocktail sort of drink so hoping I will enjoy it like that lol
