Anyone have any tips for weight loss while EBF? Have two holidays in August and would like to shift a bit of weight but don’t want to ruin my supply. Can anyone recommend any snacks which will help?

I would probably suggest eating more fruit for snacks, eating more protein in your diet and just moving about more- start with trying to walk 10,000 steps a day is a big difference
