I only breast fed for 8 weeks she’s been formula fed 9 weeks now. I’ve lost 21.4kg since having her purely from the way I eat & doing 10-12,000 steps a day which I do by making sure I do a 7km walk then all the pottering around the house makes up for the rest. If i need to go out somewhere that i can walk to i do this instead of drive. I meal prep so that everything is weighed to the g, I aim for high protein meals so I substitute normal cheese for high protein one, anything you can substitute to a high protein do it. It will help you feel fuller too. I rarely have fruit although every meal is packed with some sort of veg. For snacks especially when I EBF I had protein bars, electrolyte tablet in water once a day. I still had 2000-2300 cals as it says to up it whilst EBF. Another thing, im never restrictive, if i wanted a whole bag of chocolate buttons one night, i will have them. Hope this helps xxx

I would probably suggest eating more fruit for snacks, eating more protein in your diet and just moving about more- start with trying to walk 10,000 steps a day is a big difference
