HELP PLEASE

TRIGGER WARNING ‼️ BLOOD I have been off my period since the 28th April and today i started getting cramps in my stomach which have been coming and going all day and i started spotting this is a whole day pad but everytime i wipe there is blood too i just done a pregnancy test and it has come back positive i also done one about a week ago which was also positive should i be worried for the amount of bleeding Been waiting 2 hours for a call back from 111 and heard nothing (only just properly found out as thought previous test was negative) TIA
