Heat rash?

My LO has this rash in his belly which goes up to the top of his chest slightly and then on both arms in the crease. Is this a heat rash? Or possible eczema?

Mine has the same today, I’m thinking heat. Happened to have our 6 week checks today and doctor said it’s a heat rash☺️

Looks like a heat rash. Is it still there in the cooler evenings? Have you tried a cool compress?
