I’ve also seen conflicting but NHS says you should x

I exclusively breast-feed, four months postpartum. My doctors told me every few days you can sterilize the bottles if they are being thoroughly washed… So what I'll do is rinse them with as hot as my sink will allow the temperature to go, soak everything in hot water throughout the day with the child safe soap that I use… And then scrub them /clean them for the night obviously as best as I can and then every three to four days at most after I'll sterilize🤷🏻‍♀️ I saw a post a couple weeks ago that people were saying they sterilize after every single use, but that's what I do, and that's what my doctors told me is more than fine so idk

I’ve never heard of not sterilizing due to breast milk instead of formula. Just like how you would sterilize your pump parts, you would sterilize the bottles. For the first few months, I sterilized the bottles after every use but once my son got a little bit older I wasn’t as strict with sterilizing after every use but still made sure to sterilizer every other day or every few days as long as they were being washed really well in hot water.

@Kelsey Australian breastfeeding association says you don’t need to sterilise your pump either for a healthy full term baby x

Depends on where you live. Canada says you sterilize every day regardless of formula or breastmilk
