Ease back into workouts

FTM here and trying to find a good resource, app, YouTube channel etc to ease back into working out/strength training. I found some YouTube channels I don’t mind and I asked ChatGPT to build a routine for me but was curious what everyone else is doing? Looking for bite size exercises, <30 min type of thing Any C section specific exercises?

I love the moves app! There’s a specific postpartum plan and safe for C-section

I’m using Sculpt Society—they have a whole postpartum program
