Baby rolling and doesn’t want to sleep on his back anymore!

Just like the title says.. he started rolling like non stop! And with it, he does not want to sleep on his back anymore. For the past two weeks I’ve been turning him all night long, but he just rolls back. He keeps waking up now when he is on his back, while he’s sound asleep on his belly. I’m just so worried to leave him that way. Or am I overthinking? Anyone else in the same boat? Also 4 month sleep regression. Like WTH. 🤦‍♀️ I thought we just had it figured out. But jokes on us. 🫣😊

My LO uses triangles lets her sleep on her side but prevents her to get on her belly when we are sleeping

Per the AAP, once they can roll themselves, it's ok! Let the baby be. Your job is to put the baby down on his back. What he does after that is his business. They say back is best because they need to be strong enough to roll around if their body needs air or something. Sleep well, momma, you baby is fine 😊 Ps, I can't wait until mine rolls because she'll sleep SOOOO much better

Let him sleep on his belly! The rule of thumb is if they can get themselves into that position and have a strong enough neck to move their head to the side they can stay there. Many babies sleep deeper on their bellies anyways.

Both of my sons have always woken up of laying on their back so I let them Sleep on their bellies from very early on and they’ve been fine

So i was told that as long as baby can roll by themselves then you can let them sleep however they want. Start them on their back but if they roll over just let them. My sisters baby has been sleeping on her stomach since she was 2 months. Hates sleeping any other position.

I've always been told if they put themselves on their belly, they can sleep that way.
