Blocked nose

Hi moms my daughter is 5 weeks old and having a lot of noise during sleep and started last night and I am sure she has blocked nose and flu is there any advice ? X

My little
One grunts and groans and makes noise all night, it’s common just then figuring out their bodies, breathing, digestions etc.
