Cat napping

My LG is 5 months old and is currently on 4/5 naps a day. She is a cat napper and never really has more than 30-45 minutes at a time. Hence why she’s having more naps in the day. I wonder if I should be trying to encourage her to have less but longer naps? I read on huckleberry that a 5 month old should be transitioning to around 3 naps a day but this seems impossible at the moment!? Any advice or tips on how I could work on making those naps a bit longer? Its weird they all seem to be capped at 33 minutes and she’ll wake up😂
