I’m in the same boat as you! It can get quite overwhelming at times! Feel free to message if you like xx
With my first I was same as you told everything was fine after blood work, they said they’d refer me to fertility clinic, letters for ultrasound came through we’d been ttc for 16 months and I was 7 weeks pregnant! I suspect I have pcos but maybe not the type that shows up on first check. I have heavy painful periods (still regular though) and dark facial hair that I have to keep in check, I put on weight easily and perspire LOTS. So that’s why I suspect. In the final 5 months of TTC I upped my exercise always did 10k steps a day, followed a pcos friendly diet and cut out caffeine entirely . Now I’m 6 months into ttc my second and attempting to follow that plan with a toddler but the poor sleep leads me to sugar which I suspect is causing me problems again. I know infertility isn’t a one size fits all but it feels like rock bottom and I feel like I tried absolutely anything anyone suggested to me !
Hi it’s normal for it to take up to 1 year to conceive naturally, don’t lose hope to much yet girl! Fingers crossed! Are you doing anything differently or? Message me? We can chat! I struggled for 3 years so! X
