Birth plan

I’ve been asked by the midwife to fill in the birth plan section on badger notes. What has everyone else included in theirs?

Natural as possible, gas + air, birthing pool if available, hynobirthing, calm environment. Who my birthing partner is, skin to skin after birth, baby to have vitamin k, delay cord clamping, injection to help placenta release. Think that's it 😂

I also added things such as having my own music playing, an alternative birthing plan if things go a bit haywire, wanting to clothe, and feed baby myself. I also added if I had to go under general anaesthesia I asked for the midwife to show my partner how to feed and change our first daughter (glad I did this because I had to go under with my first baby) and to basically be his support system. I'm having a planned c-section this time around, but I still included this as a just in case scenario. I've also added to be in my own private room if available and for my eldest to visit us as soon as it is safe to do so. You can always change your birth plan, even on the day. Your birthing partner needs to be your biggest advocate 🙂

Where is this on the app? Mine seems really basic and doesn’t let me input Info?
