Good news, gals! According to my husband, breastfeeding counts as 'quality time to yourself'.

Can't wait for another full day of 'me time' 🙃

Girl what!? I’d punch him in the face right then n there wdym quality time to yourself. You are literally attached to a baby. Also some woman experience anxiety or even anger when they have a letdown just feeding there baby that is not quality time if I’m attached to something and I can’t move to even grab my drink bc I put it out of reach and oh ya if I gotta pee fuck that bc you can’t like wtf that is definitely not quality time🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

@Janessa Apparently because I'm watching TV or talking to my Mum on the phone at the same time it's "quality time to myself". But like you say, you can't move to do anything for yourself as well as the physical effects it has on us. Plus the burping and nappy changing that goes with every feed. Thank you for validating how annoyed I am that he's said that!!

Exactly! And I am also annoyed for you. You can talk on the phone while watching the baby or doing dishes or even working depending on the type of job your doing same with tv but that doesn’t mean your having you time just because your doing it bc your main focus and concern is still on the baby or the dishes or your job. He’s just trying to validate something that he knows is wrong🤦🏻‍♀️
