How long are your babies napping for? Mine wakes up at 29 mins on the dot unless she’s asleep on me!

Ours is somewhere between 30-45 mins on average unless sleeping on or next to me. But sometimes less sometimes more obviously

After I sleep trained my son he can sleep for 2-2.5 h

Same here! It's killing us tbf

Usually, it is anywhere from 30 minutes-1.5 hours, and he has 3 naps a day

20-40 minutes not on me, I cap at 2.5 if contact napping (unless he’s poorly etc then I just let him sleep as long as he needs). Does anywhere between 3.5-4.5 hours across 4-5 naps in the day without impacting night sleep *too* much x

My son was going through a stage where he would only nap for 20 minutes, 40 minutes was a long stretch! As of the last few weeks he seems to be doing a lot better 🤞🏽 His 1st nap is usually an hour, 2nd 1.5-2.5 hours and last nap anywhere between 30minutes to an hour. Will wake him up by 4:30/5pm. When your LO wakes up have you tried rocking them back to sleep? Or whatever you do to get them to sleep. My son will sometimes wake up after 30/40 minutes but I will rock him back to sleep and he will usually sleep for another hour or so. Hope their naps get better!!

@Amber how long did the short naps last? My little girl has been having short naps for a while now and will only have longer than 30 mins if in the car or contact nap

@Sophie about 3 weeks I would say. He had learnt to roll and so it was part of a sleep regression I think. In the early as he would wake up often from naps because he wasn’t winded enough (he was a very windy baby). So maybe check that he is thoroughly winded? My son will have about 3-4 burps in him! He still has some days when he has really short naps. I think they sleep doesn’t become more consistent until around the 6 month mark 🥴

We contact nap and each nap can vary from 30mins-1.5 hours. In the day on total we try to get 3.5 hours of naps naps.

Same and only 2-3 30-minute naps some days! 😭

Morning nap 2-3 hours in the pram. Her other naps very
