lunch before or after nap?

Are you doing lunch before or after the one nap? What time do your babies wake up and go to bed? Can you drop a sample schedule. My daughter’s second wake window seems to be a lot longer than the first wake window so we do lunch after the one nap. Any time I have offered before nap she seems to fall asleep as lunch so I stopped offering. But the past two days she has been refusing normal nap time. Waking up around 2:30ish but doesn’t go to bed till 8:30/9. I tried offering lunch today and she did great finished and took a nap but I think a snack and dinner it’s a long stretch. I think I like lunch after the one nap. But we do wake up at 8am breakfast at 9am. Milk as a snack at 10:30ish sometimes. And she was taking a nap around 11:30 but seems to be stretching. We’ve been on one nap for quite some time. Do I switch up the schedule or keep as is? We’ve always done lunch after. And I guess I’m a little confused since she slept till her normal time without having lunch before so it didn’t make a difference and seemed to want a lot of snacks today and was hungry a lot earlier than normal time frame. Does this make sense? Sorry a little too much.

Both... she does a small lunch and protein shake before nap, and then she has more of a girl dinner style meal (cheese, fruits, nuts - will not eat a large meal ever)

My girl wakes at 7/7:30, breakfast at 8, snack at 9:30, lunch at 11:30, nap from 12-2, snack at 2:30, dinner at 6, bed time at 7:30 - sometimes I’ll give her like a cheese stick or apple pouch before bed.

@Emi what kind of snacks are you offering? Today my daughter woke up at 2:30. Gave a whole banana at 3:30 and she was ready for dinner around 5. And seems to want another snack before bed. When usually she wouldn’t be hungry if I did it the other way around if that makes sense.

My boy wakes up at 7:30am, milk then breakfast at 8am, snack around 9:30am, lunch at 11am, milk and nap from 12-2, snack at 3pm, dinner at 6pm, milk and bed by 8pm :)

Snacks usually consist of an apple sauce pouch, half a banana, cheese stick, Amara smoothie melts, some berries - but my girl is a big eater. She eats 3 big meals and sometimes 3 snacks a day. I’d say just listen to her cues and feed her when she’s hungry.

We do wake-up 630a. Little milk. Breakfast 730 or 8a. If he didn't eat a lot, I'll offer a snack at 930a but cut him off at 10:15a-ish. If he ate a lot at breakfast then he'll be fine until lunch at 11:30a. Milk after lunch. Nap at 1p-3p or sometimes 4p. Snack or remaining milk when he wakes up. Dinner at 530p or 6p. In bed at 745p.
