Flying with a 3 month Old alone ✈️

I did it, I went abroad with my little one and I will not do it again alone.. Or at least be better prepared.. She was fine on the plane, She was wiggling a little like a worm but eventually settled down and fell asleep the whole way. I didn't bring a baby carrier with me which I regret.. Didn't realise that you don't get your pram back until you go and collect your suitcase.. That part was super exhausting.

This was my experience too, ended up being last off the plane so was near enough last in the visa check queue, thankfully dad was there so we could take turns carrying but my arms were goneee🙃 ((Bonus story; 2 hours into my 10 hour flight, we had a blowout, and I’m talking poo all down MY trousers😂 Had to wrap my lil one in a blanket and hand him over to the flight attendant while I baby wiped my trousers, then I had to stand up in front of everyone and go change him😂))

Well done though!

I definitely recommend a travel stroller. We take ours onboard so we have it instantly when we get off. If you travel often it’s 100% worthwhile, plus less likely to get damaged by baggage handlers and carousels xx

Oh lord we're meant to be flying with my little one next week, she's 3months too feel prepared but still stressing cos it's first time I know once we're there it'll be fine. Got our baby carrier and we were just gonna stick with our buggy as it has car seat and we will need to get cab on other end to hotel, do u guys think we should get travel buggy instead? 🤦‍♀️😶‍🌫️ it's the car seat thing cos if they don't provide one we kinda fxcked 😬x

Edit; we're going spain, malaga

you can gate check the buggy hopefully so that you have it in the airport, you’ll need to baby wear when you get off the plane until you collect hold luggage. Honestly we’ve just flown to Australia last week with our 4 month old, it was fine. The airline staff were all lovely and really happy to help. Take a spare change for both baby and you just incase

thankyou yh we do want a new buggy anyway but I said we should just wait until after holiday! Haha thankyou

I would absolutely wait unless you are getting one that folds up into cabin baggage! They were pretty good with ours but it still gets loaded and unloaded into the hold not particularly gently 😂

That's what I was thinking! No point in getting a new one to be damaged when the one I already have is already damaged from putting in and out of boot so I shall wait! Thankyou x
