Bloody Show? 🤔
Hi All! I know every body is different but after a little advice. I’m 38 weeks tomorrow and when I’ve gone to pee I have just noticed a small amount of brown squishy discharge in my underwear (about a quarter of a teaspoon of that!) Could this be my bloody show?! I don’t think I’ve lost my mucus plug yet, if I have, I haven’t noticed it with the increase in discharge that comes with being this pregnant! Baby has also dropped very low overnight and I am peeing a lot more than usual, which I never thought could be possible 😂 Thank you!

Sounds like it. The mucus plug doesn't tend to come away in one lump, so it sounds like it's starting to go
Mucous plug and bloody show are often described interchangeably. Brown means old blood which is fine and could be your show also!
All reassuring signs but could still be another few weeks!
If it's brown then no. It will be red.
Mine looked like a clot from a bloody nose
it’s not always bright red (I’m a midwife and seen all varieties!)
i didn't say bright. I said red. Mine was dark red and looked like the clots I get from bloody noses.
