Protein and blood in urine

Not the blood in urine but with my first pregnancy I had it every time

Protein is a sign of a few pregnancy illnesses in my case I became borderline eclampsia. But normally the protein in urine isn’t a huge concern if it isn’t paired with other symptoms- headaches, blurred vision, swollen ankle ect- when you do a wee sample they test it with a strip test when they see protein they will more than likely send it to the lab for further tests.
