Hey gals, I lost a lot of weight and I don’t think should be losing anymore but I really need help with meal prep. Ever since dieting I hate eating. I like a dumpster that I shovel random things into, eating isn’t enjoyable any more. Everything I eat has to be quick and easy and eaten quickly like I’m running from something. Everytime I eat something savory I feel numb because the macros aren’t perfect, every time I eat something sweet I feel guilt. Everytime I eat a snack or a meal I regret because it’s in a hurry or children are screaming and crying even when I feed them more than enough for their needs or it’s in a rush, often it’s both. I need to figure out a way to cook for myself and eat so I can be at maintenance, not have moments where I feel like I’ll pass out, and maybe even feel happiness.

Would batch cooking work for you? Yes it's a longer period of time spent cooking/prepping on one day but works out that you have less to do other than reheat if needed, on a daily basis.

Meal prep!

I forget to eat a lot and don’t usually eat breakfast because I’m not hungry, I try to have a bowl of porridge and fill it with fruit (fresh or frozen) and seeds and honey ect… it keeps me full but doesn’t make me feel rubbish after, I also make meals like I’m cooking for the 5000, big batch of pasta with as much veg as I can crammed into it (usually frozen veg for quickness) and some kind of protein
