Just wondering if anyone else's little ones are on a no nap schedule? My girl has been fighting naps and going to bed crazy late for a good few weeks, so the past 3 days I decided to trial a no nap schedule. She gets to 6.30pm and she's shattered and falls asleep within 5-10mins and wakes up about 7.30/ 8am. So she's getting a good 13/14 hours overnight. Is this OK? 🤔 I'm a ftm and probably totally overthinking this!!

I think it's fine if it's what works for you and little one! Apparently the only actual purpose of naps is relieving sleep pressure, so if it was messing with your routine and now it feels better and shes not too grumpy without the nap, I'd say go with it!

I spoke to a lovely Sleep Consultant earlier (as my son is taking aaaages to fall asleep at night, but his twin sister falls asleep within 15 minutes 🤦🏻♀️). She said there will definitely be some toddlers this age who have outgrown the nap already, they just need a really early bedtime, she suggested 6pm.
Sounds like your daughter is getting a great total amount of sleep! You may find every few days/ once a week she still needs a nap to catch up on sleep x
