Baby eczema

Hi mommies! I hope you all are doing well. I am in need of your help! My daughter has been breaking out into hives on her neck and then little clusters around her back. Nothing on her legs though. I’m not sure if it could be my breast milk it the heat like the doctor said. Any tips, tricks, and advice ? Anything would help. I don’t want my baby girl to be itching and then scratching herself.
