Baby ear

I don’t know if it is baby’s ear wax or dry skin peeled out. I tried to pull but it is stuck inside. Should I take it out or leave it as it is? He is 6 weeks old

Is it loose and easily removed with tweezers at the very opening, without going beyond the outer opening? If so, go for it. If not, take her into the peds to see what it is. It could be a skin tag if connected. Or something else.

Did baby get the hearing test at the hospital? Has she had her newborn checks yet? If so, did she have it then, or is it knew?
