Nope. She’s drinking fine out of the small ones at a year old.
I change it according to the flow. My baby hates slow flow nipples so I had to switch to the faster ones . Size 2 I believe
I didn’t even know there was different nipple sizes until my daughter was almost 1 😂 so we just used a size 1 lol. I mainly breastfed tho so idk if that plays a role
If you notice baby is all of a sudden taking longer to drink their bottles and like they’re getting tired / taking all their energy to drink lol. My baby is 9 months and size 3 teats.
No, baby shouldn't be above a size 1 - especially if you're feeding at breast as well, or giving breastmilk in a bottle. Look up pace feeding.

No you change them as they start to get greedy lol my 3 month old still on newborn size i changed her to 3 months but is super fast she hates it
