Maybe you could try doing a mash of fruit/veg smeared on toast or in oatmeal? My baby boy loves strawberry & butternut squash in oatmeal! But I bet you could try banana & avo, maybe oranges and carrots??
Honestly fuit and steak isn't too bad lol. Have you tried pork steaks. You can also make maybe smoothies that have veggies and fruit in it. Just remember tho. Food before 1 is still just for fun.
Have you tried whipped bone marrow? That's one of the first things we tried and my LO loves it.
@Daisy haven’t really heard of it being a thing in the uk but I’ll have a look into that from what I’ve read on it so far it’s packed full of nutrients so I’ll see if I can give that a go
Full fat Greek yoghurt is nutritious - marks n Spencer’s do one with vanilla (no idea how this ranks in terms of teeth health, but it’s otherwise full fat and has always been popular with mine, so I kept getting it). Nut butters can be good - I like smooth almond butter for mine, which (for a toddler) I put a just a small amount of onto slices of banana - to pick up and eat. Remember though that it’s quite drying, so I wouldn’t give a lot of it - and make sure they have a drink with it. Cooked carrot sticks are quite good for picking up to eat.
Do they like pasta? We do pasta quite often with sauces packed with veggies
