Hi! First time mom here, I have a 6 month old daughter who used to take the happypaci Dr brown brand pacifiers since she was about 3/4 weeks old. She loved them. Well now here lately she prefers to suck on her 2 fingers instead. I know the fingers are a really hard habit to break as I have a niece who does. My question is, maybe there’s a different brand of pacifiers that she may like instead. Because those are 0-6m maybe she just out grew them?

I’m struggling, I’m glad she self soothes but I also worry about it being such a hard habit to break
I think most brands make a 0-6m and then a 6-12m larger size so you can size up as baby grows maybe look into if the ones you were using are made in a larger size.
We just sized up for daughter's
You could also try waiting it out to see what she does. Our son never took a paci and then found his thumb around 6 months but stopped on his own just after his first birthday. I know that's probably not most people's experience with thumb sucking though.
I want to say that the happypaci only has 0-6m. Dr browns makes a different style of pacifiers for 6-18m but they are totally different than what we are using. Which maybe that’s what we need to do? But these ones are full silicone and I think maybe that’s what she used to like about them and well the shape. But now she wants her fingers more. She’ll still take the pacifier sometimes so that’s why I thought maybe she just needs a different type?
tommie tippie ultra light 6-18m or 18-36m my daughter has been using this brand since she was a newborn only paci she likes
We use bibs pacifiers
I heard bibs are great
