Drink lots of water with electrolytes, rest in bed with fav tv and snacks, get iron levels checked, contact health professional about pain I had SPD and needed physio x

Where is the pain located??

Pelvic pain and lower back pain

if you can get a belly band or belly strips to lift your belly a bit

I had the same thing with my son it got so bad to the point he would pressed on nerves and it would make my leg give out

that’s the weight of the baby he or she must be pretty heavy also your hips is starting to loosen up a bit preparing for your labor that will start in a few weeks. Drink plenty of water if you can. If not try to add some flavor to the water to encourage drinking

also have you tried sleeping with pillows between your legs and under your belly to lift alittle it’s an alternative if you don’t have one of those maternity pillows.

Look for a well reviewed chiropractor that is versed in pregnancy chiropractic. Also same for a massage therapist.. but also verify if they have good pregnancy pillows before going.. I had one that was awful because I was expected to just lay on my side on the hard table . I was worse off after she was done 😭

Is it hard/ sometimes impossible for you to do everyday tasks, such as walking, bending down, getting out of bed or standing up from a sitting position?

Aside from regular water try coconut water something specifically with electrolytes in it will help a lot and you’re nearing the finish line so definitely don’t feel bad about resting a lot

I liked making a coconut water and cranberry juice mix with lots of ice. That help keep me hydrated and energized. A heating pad also helped with my back and stretching. You’re almost there mama. Just a little longer ♥️

that sounds delicious!!!
