Honestly so proud of my little angel! 😍
She walked perfectly in heel next to the pram, felt a bit like a nutter taking an empty pram out but so glad I did!
She did walk into it a few times which startled her and pulled still when we got closer to the park but she was mostly amazing! I want to keep doing it a few more times just to make sure she’s comfortable and stops pulling even at the exciting moments but all in all so chuffed!

Ah that’s amazing! Well done!
I’ve been meaning to do this for ages but also felt ridiculous taking an empty pram out 😂 you’ve given me the courage to try it out xx

Wish I had done this with ours! Still struggling to do it 9 months in. Now just try to go somewhere we can let our one off his lead to make like easier or take someone else with us to help out

I love how you've set up the lead! My pup has only even know walking with a pram but always without is when we tend to have issues 🤦♀️ well done both of you ❤️

Mine was good as gold without the baby in however she's been such a little shit since the baby has been born I can only walk her with the baby in the carrier🥲

i would just be careful if she happened to bolt she’d take the pram with her x

I did this daily when my little one was born. It amazing, now my dog and my little girl have such a amazing bond.

yesss do it! Felt so reassuring that she did so well and see where needs work! :)

maybe try working with an empty pram again or try a front facing harness? Hope things get better for you! 🙏🏽

As said the way it’s draped over the pram in the video isn’t safe but it was like that because I was filming with one hand.. I was holding the lead with both hands along the pram handle off camera so it didn’t get caught up because I’m deffo concerned she might bolt!

oh no, I did think I wonder if her behaviour will change when she’s more conscious of the baby being there.. 🙈 I guess all we can do is wait and see 😬

Awww I love that! She’s so good with children but you just never know how they’re going to be together! Fingers crossed they’re close like yours!🤞🏽💜

there more time there spend together there get close. Of course I would never leave them unsupervised.

This was the dream for my boy but he will just circles the pram and is a total trip hazard! Due to him pulling so much on the lead and him being such a big dog I can’t walk him with the baby in the carrier.

I need to do these practice walks with my cocker spaniel. 😆 looks like yours is doing really well! 😍 mine likes to zig zag when we walk hoping it will go well 🙏

This is a great idea. I was considering doing the same before the baby arrives
