Bra for a backless dress

Hi all, I’m going to be a bridesmaid in August and the dress is backless. Usually I’d wear nipple covers however I have to wear breast pads due to leaking so I’m abit at a loss about what bra I could wear? Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks
