Starting BF again
Hi all, new to this group but looking for advice.
I stopped BF after about a week.
Little guy is now 11 weeks old and I had to stop BF due to some antibiotics.
Would it be a stupid idea for me to start BF again if I'm still producing milk? ( checked but hand expressing, more i right than left )
I had antibiotics from 1/04 - 8/04 and then 15/04 - 22/04
The antibiotics were Clarithromycin

@Ellie I just searched the page. The antibiotics I was on are safe to take and breast feed. The doctor said I couldn't-_- Thank you!!
oh no 😢 i’m so sorry they misinformed you! that’s so frustrating! hope you get on okay reverting back! Power pumping can be handy for increasing your supply if needed

Your supply will regulate very soon (3 months) so you're going to need yo pump or latch as much as possible and eat and hydrate well you may be able to get the supply up with a lot of work.
