High Lipase in Breast Milk

Apparently my milk is high in lipase because it tastes simply awful after freezing/thawing. Is there any way to store without it basically getting spoiled?

just blast it when yu go to give it yur baby, heat it up properly so all the fat breaks down that’s wat i do x

Once it’s thawed, add a few drops of alcohol free vanilla extract! After doing that, my baby drinks my high lipase milk without issues!

Every time I see someone with this issue they do EXACTLY what Kendra above says and it works just fine. So definitely recommend the alcohol free vanilla

I scald mine before freezing. Heat it to 82° C and then cool rapidly and freeze. It doesn't have that smell or taste when it comes out of the freezer.
