Does anyone have experience with the child&adult sessions? This might sound stupid but.. do they teach them to actually swim? Online talks about water confidence.
Will the little one need to wear a thermal swimsuit as its colder?

We do water babies with my LO (19months) and we’ve been going since he was 2 months and he tries to swim out of my arms now
@Laura water babies is just a bit too much.. only looking at Everyone Active. Thank you though

The sessions I went to with my LG were...meh😒our instructor did the same thing every week & it got very boring as I didn't feel there was much progression.
HOOOOWEVER, when she was off due to illness or on holiday, the lady who stood in for her was soo good. Like the sessions were fun & actual skills were taught. I really wanted to ask her if she taught somewhere else but didn't want to come off as sneaky lol but she was a great instructor. We stopped when my daughter turned 1 as I had to return to work & the day it was on meant I couldn't go but I wasn't that sad to stop due to the instructor 😂 I do plan on starting back again soon.
Sorry for the essay 🫣🤭
@Sudanny✨ should have deffo asked her! Haha. Thank you! Did you put lo in a normal swimsuit?

Yeah, I did 😊most of the babies were in normal swimsuits too & the water wasn't too cold either, decent temperature.

We’ve been for about a year - it’s mostly about confidence. My 2 year old now swims with two small foam arm bands (used to have more + a float vest) but they don’t actually teach them to to swim properly until the class one age range up, potentially 3+? At least not where we go
