How to address this

So I want to say to my husband that I am fed up of being neglected by him in this marriage. 5 years married with 2 kids I’m sick of not being seen, physically emotionally and sexually neglected. I want to open up this serious conversation because I’m at wits end but I want to say it lovingly and be sensitive. He provides and is a nice guy but just not great at being my partner anymore How would you start and word it?

Show your support

You need have a serious conversation. Just be honest and forthright. Keep pushing if need be to have this conversation. Lay all the cards on the table. Even if he’s a nice guy doesn’t mean he’s supporting you in the way you need. Also get him to be honest as well. Maybe he’s struggling too but you both don’t realise the other is feeling the same way

Write him a letter… sometimes you get to the conversation and it’s hard to articulate your thoughts and things come out wrong

Don't accuse him of things, instead state your needs and how he can fulfill those needs. I feel like the majority of men like specific instructions. Like, I'm feeling scared our emotional connection is not where it used to be, can we snuggle for 10 minutes before bed each night, I miss holding you? Make yourself vulnerable, state why it's hurting you and suggest how he can make you feel better.

Communication is key component in relationships ! Just sit with him and have a calmly conversation with him about what he feels you may be lacking as a wife or is there anything he wish you would work on and then express how you feel so it won’t seem as if you bashing him . I’m not married but that’s how I would handle the situation 🙏🏽
