Breast feeding friendly bottle recommendations

Does anyone have a recommendation for 'breastfeeding friendly' bottles for a preemie with a small mouth? He is currently 2.5kg, 5 weeks old and 1 week post heart surgery so we have only just started all feeds orally. We are aiming to breastfeed but he needs some high calorie formula to get some weight on him before we can go home. I've tried lansinoh and they seem a bit big for his mouth at the moment. He spills milk out the sides of his mouth when he latches onto the bottle.

We used MAM, He really took to this brand

We went home from the hospital with Dr Brown's bottles and the preemie nipple size, which has a very slow flow rate. They have been great. I'm BF 2-3x per day currently, aiming to transition to exclusively BF. We also tried Philips Avent Natural but the flow rate was way too slow, even with the size 3 nipple.

We’ve found MAM bottles really good for our baby girl, they were recommended by the nurses at the NICU. Try teat size 0 or 1

MAM bottles with teat 0 worked well for us too.

We use dr brown and my preemie had no trouble latching when breastfeeding.

We went home with Dr browns but boon was our favorite. Helped with gas, wider nipple so it as breastfeeding friendly, and they transition up sippy cups for tods!!

We went home with dr browns and premie nipple and she prefers como tomos

My preemie had mam and the nicu staff said they were good for smaller babies. He was born at 1.8kg and started off with size 0 teat.
