Sweetcorn rings x
Wafers and Heinz biscuits my boy absolutely loves them
Honestly anything and everything 🤣
Nothing. Babies don't need snacks until after 12 months
If baby seems hungry between meals, offer a breastfeed or bottle
@Sandrine nothing wrong with a snack here and there, no one is saying something unhealthy. To poster - mine likes melty puffs from Ella’s kitchen! (Though be warned if the crumbs dry into clothes it’s like cement😂)
@Sofia even if the snack was broccoli, it's completely unnecessary at this age
@Sandrine I didn't ask for judgment or parenting advice, I simply just wanted to know what snacks other mums were using whilst on the go. My baby is offered milk but this is for in between as she likes her food and likes eating with us when we're out and sometimes what we're eating isnt appropriate for her😌
@Sandrine you sound like a ball of fun 🙂
I don’t think snacks are quite a thing until later on to bridge meal times. I’d either increase meal sizes or offer milk for October babies.
If we’re out and about my baby will sometimes go 5-6 hours between bottles but if she’s had a snack - I’ve tried the Heinz biscotti biscuit and Ella’s kitchen melty puffs/sticks x
@Sofia no need to have a go at someone because they said something which isn’t rude or anything. It’s true that snacks become more of a thing later on actually rather than at the beginning of weaning - as in the first 1-3 months. Stating a generalised knowledge doesn’t make someone a party pooper - if your child doesn’t fall into that advice - it’s okay.
The kiddylicious wafers are good.
