3 months isn’t very long to be trying, I wouldn’t worry yet! Most couples take 7 months to a year to conceive.
Completely normal for it to take up to a year. A pregnancy impacts your hormones for up to 2 years after so just give yourself time.
I conceived on our first try and then miscarried. It then took us a full year to conceive our rainbow baby. I saw a fertility doctor at 6 months to get tests done as sometimes a miscarriage doesn't clear out fully or properly. Depending on where you live they won't see you until 6 months. Only 32% of couples conceive in the first 3 months...82% of couples conceive in a year. Doesn't make it any easier as you're so fixated on it and that ticking clock and your dreams changing. There is also such a thing as 2nd time infertility...not always a cause its just sometimes your hormones take 2 years or more to even out after a baby. Good luck! Its really hard especially after a miscarriage ❤️
Depending on your age etc, 3 months really isn’t very long. For a healthy normally couple the chances are only ever around 25% each month to conceive. I wouldn’t worry too much atm, also depending on where you’re based, in London they won’t even see you for tests until you’ve been trying for a year, or 6 months if you’re over 35. X
I would request tests for both you and your partner. We got pregnant with our daughter the first time we tried but spent 2 years trying for a second before having tests which showed my partner had low sperm count/motility. It is such a rollercoaster of emotions each month waiting to see, but I’d get tested sooner rather than later so you know the facts. Good luck
