I have been very lucky throughout most of my first trimester as all I've had to deal with is fatigue and a little nausea, not sickness! However, since hitting 11 weeks a few days ago, I have felt absolutely vile. The fatigue has come back drastically, I'm now being sick and am so incredibly nauseous and dizzy/light headed. Just a general feeling of unwellness. I know symptoms can ramp up when the placenta starts to take over... but is this normal or should I be worried? I thought things were supposed to ease up towards the end of the first trimester!

Learn more about our guidelines.I am 12 weeks today and last week I actually threw up for the first time in ages, don’t enjoy a lot of foods like before and the fatigue is AWFUL. I’m praying it eases up soon because as well as symptoms I look like total 💩 x
I’m also 11 weeks and snap. I had a week or so’s respite between 9 and 10 weeks but back to feeling nauseous and exhausted all day. With my first I’m pretty sure I felt fine by about 14 weeks so crossing everything that it’s the same this time!
Snap! I ended up getting a prescription for anti sickness medication. Took the first one today and it's given me such relief. Highly recommend chatting to your midwife to get anti sickness meds to take on the bad days.
I’m 11 weeks now and my sickness has gone really bad again x
