I get frozen riced cauliflower and mix it into literally anything .. for lunch they had it in their Mac and cheese and yesterday I added it into the ground turkey I used for tacos Veggie muffins are a favorite here with zucchini (has the least detectable flavor lol) Spinach pancakes also .. I say it’s monster pancakes (I blend spinach eggs and bananas and mix it with flour baking powder and a pinch of salt or just oats) I made carrots cake cookie that were okay .. basically an oatmeal cookie with very shredded carrots and walnuts Pinterest is pretty good for more inspiration Oh and my kids also love once upon a time pouches ❤️
Will she eat yogurt? I will mix puréed butternut squash or sweet potato into yogurt for my son and he will eat it in a pouch.
How about peas?
Try sweet potatoes
Have you tried the chocolate muffin recipe with veggies in it? I've been giving my toddler half of one in the morning with eggs, and that's how I've been getting her to eat veggies. Recipe I use: https://thenaturalnurturer.com/healthy-chocolate-muffins-with-veggies/#recipe

I love this website. She posts lots of recipes with mixed veggies in them. Although I do like to use my own spices since some of hers can be a bit overwhelming at times for my boy.

These are a big hit in my house too!
I forgot to mention, she does eat scrambled eggs every 2 days and I mix spinach into them. Besides a little corn, potatoes, and spinach she refuses anything colorful unless it’s a fruit she’s familiar with.
