boys are harder to train so just make sure he is ready. consistently is key

@Leahh I’m not sure how to tell he’s ready yet

when they start taking their pull up off

Get the "oh crap" potty training book! It's so detailed in helping navigate potty training, I highly recommend it! But like said above, boys can be harder to train and usually are ready later.

Expose them to a bathroom routine and take them to the potty often especially during transitions and remind them to communicate with you or a trusted adult when they need to use the potty. Don’t force them and it’s okay if they don’t use the potty but over time and with lots of repetition they’ll catch along. I’m also in the process of potty training my 2 yr son but these tips have helped and we’ve had successful moments where they’ve used the potty on their own

I bought books to start reading and preparing my son. He always watches us in the bathroom and tells us he pooped (sometimes he doesn’t have poop) We’re moving soon so I’m not officially starting the process until then

@Leahh he’s in pampers diapers sometimes he wears the regular tape ones and sometimes the pampers 360 pullup ones he’s only taken it off twice but keeps taking his clothes off randomly during the day

@Cristina my son doesn’t really talk too much he’s talking but not clearly or full sentences sometimes he will but he can’t even tell my why he’s crying or what’s wrong when he’s hurt or upset

Look up Emma Hubbard on YouTube. She has a potty training video that worked for my son.
