@Mel do you put anything in the omelette or just standard eggs x
Tiktok is really good for ideas, Holly has some great ideas - https://www.tiktok.com/@holnicole?_t=ZN-8wVc64RhOMA&_r=1
@Madison I’ve tested dairy now, so when I do omelette I add some cheese , but you can add what you want as long as allergens have been tested x
@Katie thank you x

I follow a few pages on instagram that post loads of recipes, particularly for baby led weaning which I'm slowly starting over the coming weeks. So far though my baby has had pureed sweet potato, carrot, avocado, peas, mash and I'm going to do parsnip next. All of these can be given in finger food form too. Yesterday he devoured cream cheese on toast and a pear for dinner. I'm going to make egg frittatas this week with spinach. It's so easy to feel overwhelmed but like Mel said once you find your footing you can start adapting the dinners you're making anyway as well, I did that with my middle and will be doing that again as it makes life so much easier ☺️
Just a bit of whatever I'm having 😅
For dinner ideas I often give my little one what we are having just make adaptations. For breakfast, she’s been having porridge, fruit and yoghurt, french toast with cinnamon, toast with butter, scrambled egg, omelette , weetabix x
