My little one doesn’t eat porridge or weetabix either really. So I’ve had to do this and pancakes to she loves pancakes
As above eggs are good, pancakes made with oats/bananas or just regular American style ones with fruit. Also cinnamon banana toast rolluos (roll out some bread, spread on butter + cinnamon, cut banana to size and roll inside the bread. Fry in a little butter. Can dip in egg first too. Have made baked oat bars with strawberry and banana before too
My baby is 9 months and super fussy too. Seems opposite to yours and mostly likes porridge. Although he loves biting into tofu and brocolli! Also avocado slices
For breakfast I make pancakes. (Banana, normal, apple). + joghurt and fresh fruit. Baby porridge with fresh fruit or fruit pouch with baby biscuit. He likes eggs with that triangle cream cheese 🤷♀️ Lunch: -baby pasta with parmesan sauce and any veg what I have (broccoli, butternut squash, spinach, courgette...) + chicken or minced pork - mashed potato with ragu (+any veg) - blognese with pasta, or risotto with mushroom and pork - any fish with rice and sauce (joghurt, dill) Dinner is sometimes cooked meal, sometimes just a joghurt. Depends how much he eats during the day.
Egg is a good one toast with multiple things on it. Eggy bread can add things in it sometimes I’ll add sausage meat (cooked) into the egg mixture put the bread in and fry it off. So many things you can do with eggs. Can make your own hash brown kinda things
