Avocado, broccoli and peanut butter on toast

Made this avocado, broccoli and peanut butter spread on toast (topped with an egg) from Charlotte Stirling-Reed’s latest book for mine and my 17 month old’s lunch. He really liked the topping and the toast but he’s not really big on egg (despite me offering it to him on the regular 😩) Also I did cut the toast for him 😅
