I've had quite dry skin since giving birth and wondered if anyone can recommend any good dry skin body moisturiser for post partum life? Looking for something hydrating that puts elasticity back into your skin if poss?

I’ll be honest I use the Vaseline cocoa butter intensive care - I use the La Roche Posay face wash too and that’s stopped a lot of the drying x

Palmer’s makes super affordable and high quality skin oils, lotions, and butters for pregnancy and postpartum! They have face and body care.

Thank you ♥️

That photo is massive 😂

Palmers been amazing for my dry hands, keep it in the nappy bag 😂 But also Childs farm is super good for you AND baby. I have always suffered with psoriasis and this works so good after the bath to stop my skin drying out(oatderma collection is the best)

Nivea Crème

I love weleda skin food

I use coconut oil for my whole body, and baby’s. No lotions for me. Except for when I’m putting tanner, or a gradual tanner lotion, I put that on top of the oil. But I smell like coconut oil coming out of the shower. It’s glossy and sinks in quick and is a great moisturiser gives my body moisture. I buy a huge jar from Costco maybe once every 6m that’s how long it lasts me

I had twins and they did a number on my body…it was bad. I tried everything, but it wasn’t until I started mixed coconut oil (from the grocery store) into my lotion that it made a difference. After two days, it was clearing up. The lotion I mix the coconut oil with is vaseline Cocoa butter intensive care. On my face I just used straight coconut oil for a few days until my skin was soft and then I went back to doing my normal face routine.
