I stopped giving it to my son in the day but would give it him for bedtime, i did this for around a week. Then I stopped giving it to him at bedtime, and lucky for us, he never asked for it again. But I have done the cry out method with a few things for both my children, and it's worked for us.

He hasn’t had it during the day for a long long time now it’s just been bedtime, crying out worked tonight he’s finally asleep but it’s through the night I’m worried about

Stopped dummy for my daughter just before she turned 3 . I have put lemon juice on all of them (fresh lemon) and every time she asked for it she could taste the lemon and was saying its yucky - i have told her the dummy are off now and we need to get rid of them. She asked for 2 days, 2 days would give her the dummy with lemon on it and she didn’t want it she would give it back. And that was it 😆 hehe

It’s just gonna be one night of his cry then he will be okay

How’s it going? Did you manage to get rid of it? X
